Shipping
Your order will be shipped once it has been completed, usually within 24-48 hours. We make every effort to make sure items shown are in stock. In the case that that does not happen, we may hold an order for up to 5 days if items that are temporarily unavailable are due to come back in stock. Otherwise, we will notify the customer if there is an item out of stock before shipping the final order out. Invoice total is subject to change if replacement of out of stock item's occurs. Customers can replace the out of stock item with other existing items.
Return Policy
We will be happy to exchange, refund, or even credit your account if you are dissatisfied with our products. Postage is non-refundable. All exchanges, credits, or refunds need to be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
Customers should contactto receive a return authorization number, in order for us to process your returns and exchanges. Include your order number and the problem with your order. We will not accept any returns or exchanges without a return authorization number. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges if we receive a return without authorization.
