Bloopaw Wholesale

Becoming a Bloopaw wholesale customer is easy.

1. Fill out the Wholesale Application online by creating a Bloopaw account here.
2. After submitting the application, please FAX TO 626-226-4072 or email toATTN: WHOLESALE DEPT a copy of your tax i.d., seller's permit, website, or any other documentation to prove the existence of your business.
3. Once we have your information and proof of business, we will review your application and make sure that all information is true and correct.
4. Within 2 business days, you will receive a status notification via email.

BLOOPAW WHOLESALE POLICY

If you prefer, you can download this Bloopaw, Inc. Wholesale Order Form (PDF) and FAX the order to (626) 226-4072. Form may not be accurately display newest items or sales prices.

1. First order is $150 or 10 pieces minimum not including shipping unless otherwise specified.
2. All reorders are 6 items minimum unless otherwise specified
3. Order minimums can be met with any combination of styles and colors. There are no quantity minimums per style or color as long as the customer fulfills the initial or reorder minimums.

BACK ORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDERS

1. We will notify the customer if there is an item out of stock before shipping the final order out.
2. Customers can replace the out of stock item with other existing items. Please note that invoice total will be adjusted according to any changes in the purchase order, and order minimums will still apply.
3. The turn around time for back order items is 45-50 days (we try to make the turn around time as short as possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date).
4. Customers who choose to wait for the back order will receive the items as soon as we have them back in stock. If you have a waiting back order, you will not be penalized against the order minimums. Likewise, you will not be able to cancel the back order once we have confirmed it.

SHIPPING

1. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
2. We ship UPS Ground by default unless otherwise specified by the customer ahead of shipping time.
3. Shipping charges are subject to change according to the customer's special request.
4. Orders are usually shipped out in 2 business days after the order has been placed.
5. All orders are automatically insured unless the customer does not wish to insure the shipment. If this is the case, Bloopaw, Inc. will not be responsible for any damaged and/or lost shipments. Please note that UPS or any other shipping company will also NOT be responsible for uninsured shipments.

TAXES

1. Bloopaw, Inc. charges a California (Los Angeles) tax rate of 8.25%.
2. All wholesale customers that have a valid tax i.d. or seller's permit are tax exempt.
3. Wholesale customers whose businesses are in California and do not have a California tax i.d. or seller's permit are subject to a 8.25% tax rate charge for all merchandise shipped to California.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. Sorry, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
2. Please inspect all items immediately after receiving them. You should notify Bloopaw, Inc. of any defective items from the factory or discrepancies in quantity and/or styles, and colors within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
3. Customers should contactto receive a return authorization number, in order for us to process you returns and exchanges.
4. We will not accept any returns or exchanges without a return authorization number. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges if we receive a return without without authorization.

BY SUBMITTING AN ORDER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO COMPLY WITH ALL WHOLESALE POLICIES. BLOOPAW, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY WHOLESALE ORDER THAT DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS.
